There is an option to use a robust Barracuda spam filtering device as well. Your company website FTP is accessable either through conventional FTP programs, or through a web uploading utility. Messages can be worked with using tools at the top or side of your email reader. This is dependant on which email client you chose when logging into this mailbox. Horde is probably the cleanest and has many unique features which make it user friendly and packed with tools. Squirrelmail is known for its speed and ability to run fast even on old machines, and Round Cube has to be the prettiest, but not the most feature-packed. Try all three and see for yourself. There are many ways you can set up email through this server: Webmail access, which you can try out below; Outlook client; and of course you can set up other email accounts to download the messages here with your domain info. In the administration console there is a utility within the email menu which will send an automatic email configuration for use in setting up Outlook clients, a handy feature indeed! Send the file to each person on the mailing list, have them log into their Webmail accounts, and download and install the files themselves.
