We can control your PC from our office, or anywhere we happen to be with an internet connection. There are many ways to do this. The method we use is the least intrusive; you need to actively connect to us for the connection to be made (we can't get a connection unless you allow it to happen.) Additionally, the program we use is very small and quick to download, and removes itself from your system when it isn't being used. If we disconnect from you, the program goes away unlike some other methods such as Remote Desktop built into Windows XP. Remote desktop remains active unlike the program we use, and hackers can get in through a connection that is always open. Our connection is used for the support session, and cannot be accessed until you use our program again for future support. Our program is simple and effective for us to help you fix the problem.

The program will ask you if you want to save or run it, click save.





Next, you will need to choose where to save it to. Click the "desktop" button on the left and then click "save" at the bottom.





Now you are going to close the windows that may be covering up your desktop. Find the file called "abti_sc_109" on your desktop. It looks like this:





When you double click this icon, you will be connected to us, and once we confirm the connection we will be on our way to support you. The balloon in the clock area will show that we are connected, and if you right-click the icon there you have the choice of disconnecting at any time.
